Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredient List :


CHOCOLATE CAKE.

2 cup sugar
1+3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup HERSHEY's Cocoa
1+1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1+1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water

CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM :


1+1/3 cups(22 tbs) salted butter,softened
2/3 cup shortening (crisco)
6 oz unsweetened chocolate,melted and cooled to room temp.
2 tbs. vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream,half and half or whole milk
2 lbs (8 cup) powdered sugar
1-4 tbs corn syrup. suka hati la nak letak pun boleh.
